I have MX-880 remotes and a MSC400. I have an old Denon 3803 receiver. It works fine with the MX-880 sending a RF signal through the MSC400. However, I programmed a Smart Macro in the MSC-400 and am having problems with it. I see the IR emmitter flash as the macro runs, but the Denon 3803 does nothing. I then tried controling it with the MX-880 (i.e. still via RF, but without any macros) and it worked fine. I'm pretty sure that the IR emitter seemed to light up a little longer this way.
All my other components work fine with the SmartMacro. Any ideas on how to fix this?
