Someone Please Help Im using and MX-3000 remote and I am Trying to control a ShinyBow Matrix Switcher 8:8 Part SB-5588. the MX-3000 will not learn the IR Code. I called the company and below is what they gave me for Hex Codes. I need to know how to generate a full pronto hex code to be inputed into Hex Editor on MX-3000 from the info below......HELP
Custom Code: 00FF Power On Data Code 00FF/02FD Power off Data Code: 00FF/03FC

I used the following for the nex IRP file I found on someone elses thread for a shinybow product.(not sure if this is even the right way to do it) I was able to generate all 255 hex codes but how can I tell which hex code represents the buttons above. Can a Hex Pro Please Help im pulling my hair out. thanks

NO GO!!!! Hex codes didn't work must not be device 32........Any one have any idea how I can find out the codes via the information the manufacturer sent me.... I need to get this remote program and its making me crazy... Shinybow remote works great with the device but the mx3000 will not learn the commands....Anyone have any ideas please help!

this is what really annoys me about URC and their decision to not allow you to see Hex codes, even the codes that you enter yourself! i can understand not being able to see the codes that form part of their database but URC software in no way gives you the ability to develop your own database. so.........do you have the ability to learn a hex code and post it from the original remote?
