Ok first let me say that I like this remote allot. It is a huge step forward in programability for those who are not cpu savvy. Aside from feeling a bit cheesy in the button press dept, and I am certain this is by design for the price point, this is the best bang for your buck anywhere.

Here is the problem, I have programmed 3 of these and all of them have had the front cover plate break off. These are in bedrooms, one in mine actually, and not in heavily used areas. In each case the tabs that hold the cover on have broken off at the top of the remote. I have had to glue them back in place. I cant believe I am the only one this has happened to..
