Hi folks. Hoping that someone might be able to offer some insight or suggestions.

I am having some difficulties getting IR into the MRF-300 from a Global Cache GC-100. The GC-100 is basically a ethernet addressable box that allows a PC to remotely output addressable IR / serial information to multiple devices.

I connected one of the GC-100 IR ports to the MRF-300s IR input. As soon as I connect them the MRF-300 stops functioning for RF. I have connected them properly as the GC is then able to route IR to the MRF-300 which then is output to all IR sensors connected to it. The devices work fine.
The GC is outputting 5V.
Not sure what the MRF-300 is expecting. Perhaps 12V? Not sure if this might be my issue or not.

Thanks for you help!

I think you need the GC-CGX IR converter cable. Visit www.globalcache.com.
