When using the 3. Edit Buttons function for a given device, is there an easy way to swap device pages? For instance, say I want the commands on page 2 on page 3, and vice versa ... rather than drag/drop each individual command to an empty spot and then to the new page, is there an easier way to "swap" pages?

There is an easier way.
I usually add a page at the end, then right-click page2 in the tree view click copy.
Paste it to the last page.
Copy page 3 to page 2 and paste
Copy last page to page 3
Delete the last page
