No mojo at all.
It would be like using Photoshop to rip a CD.
Why not try using MX-700 Editor with an MX-700?

It'll work fine. Just that the RF features won't work.

I've heard of the odd problem using the wrong Editor, however YMMV, and DSATYOR (Do So At Your Own Risk).

Well, the installers that I work with told me it would work, but after making a couple of changes using the 850 editor, the elan volume punch through would no longer send out the ir command. Coincidence or ignorance, I don't know.

I've NEVER used the 700 editor. Used the 850 editor for 700, 800, 850.

There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions. |
