I am having some difficulty with getting a customer up and running with RS-232 for his Pioneer 6100 plasma. If anyone has experience or information they can share, I would really appreciate it. :)

Thank you,
Damon DG

Go to the Custom Install Resource page at pioneerelectronics.com and look for the PRO-1410HD RS-232 Command list. The commands are the same for the PDP-6100.
Those 2 panels used NEC's hex format rather than Pioneer's ACSI. Anyway, the full strings are listed including the checksums.
Good luck!

Support then Home electronics and click on the link that appears on the bottom right.
Another tip if you can't find a link on a site is find a Site Map that will list the page you need.
