No they are not.

To use URC ccp remotes with Lutron wireless products you need to use their RadioRA2 products. The only way to talk to them is through the main repeater via RS232 or IP. It won't work via IR. Which means you can only use products like the MSC400, MRX2 w/iPad/iPhone/Andriod app. Or the MX5000 or MX6000 which I would not recommend.

Or you could use Total Control, which I would strongly recommend because the 2 way module will save you tons of programming time.

The only way to use inexpensive Lutron products with basic URC RF remotes is to get dimmers, switches, etc.. with ir receivers and bug the front of them. Or for a grafik eye use the grx-iri. Which is old school and is a waste of time in my opinion.

Legality aside, you "could" do the Lutron Spacer switches with an emitter inside the box on the back of the switch.

Lutron's version does not operate at the right freq from my understanding. They use 434 MHz. The standard URC remote works at 418, while the i versions are at 433. If they were to operate at the right freq it might (and I say might) be possible to program them depending on how different the modulation and command structures were. Also, if any thing was proprietary in those structures Lutron may not want to share the info to be placed in the CCP software.
