Just got my MX-3000 last night... I was able to program it... That part was pretty easy... The problem I am finding, however, is that the connection between the MX-3000 and my computer continously goes down... I am not sure if it is the wire or the active synch software.... Any thoughts?

Is the activesync version 3.7.1 and do you have a newer computer with say USB 2.0 or is it back at 1.0................

If you can't be good, be good at it.

Are you getting an error message when it looses its connection?

My initial thought is to uninstall the Editor from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Once it has been uninstalled, then you can reinstall it.

Thank you,

Also, delete the actual folder in Program Files before reinstalling.
When ignorance is bliss, ‘tis folly to be wise.
