I have a new MX-980 (bought from an Authorized Dealer) and while setting it up the LCD screen stopped showing the graphics. The screen looks washed out and you can see the graphics faintly.
I tried downloading the current .rcf file again, reset the remote and downloaded again. Removed the battery and reinstalled. Also tried downloading the default.rcf file.
I will call the dealer but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas how to fix this.
...sound like a faulty unit to me. I'd call tech support.
