Just bought Genesis MX900, and having trouble getting the code for my new Blu-Ray BDP S-500. Been to the website for Universal, but can't get access to the "live update". Is this a dealer only site, or can I, the end user, get it?

have you tried usin s300 or s1 codes?

Had a buddy trying to set me up, and I suggested the s-1, but got no love. Should it have worked?

I believe it should have. I haven't had a problem with the 300 codes. I would give that a try.
