I completely understand if/else and variables and would like to use this technology with the MX-3000. My problem I don't know where to implement the if/else conditional statements. I can't find any scripting editor, just the bottom pane thing at the bottom of the MX-3000 editor where there is jumpto, delays etc. and there is no room/section for programming statements accept for toggling a var.

Can someone help?

Variables are defined in the area that you are describing. To activate Variables in this spot, use the little icon in the far right that has a yellow and a blue rectange with an arrow between them. Technically you can't use If/Else conditionals exactly in the 3000 editor, however, Variables ultimatly work just like conditionals if used right.
