Looking into purchasing the MX-900....really like what I have researched on the product. Anything anyone would recommend in the $250 price range that would be better or compare to the MX-900? Don't like the Harmony button config.

Was looking on Amazon.com, they have it for $250. Are they a authorized dealer? I want full software support. It appears 6ave is shipping item from description below:

Availability: In Stock. Ships from and sold by 6ave.

6 used & new Click to see price

6ave Rebates:
FREE SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM. Factory Authorized Dealer. Full Manufacturer's Warranty Included.

Also I don't see where the USB is included?

[Link: amazon.com]

Any help would greatly be appreciated. Again, I am looking for a Authorized dealer for the MX-900...I think it is the "chosen" one.

Thanks

Also check out www.proremotes.com as well. They are authorized and offer support and programming if you get in to deep

Ask for Damon

www.surfremote.com is great too. Mike offers great support as well

Im sure the programming is extra

You can't go wrong with Surf Remote Control. Mike is a good guy. He runs his company well, and he is always quick to help people out in this forum.

I am a little disappointed to see all of the support givin to surfremote. I checked the website and the click on lower prices and was shocked. I thought authorized dealers work on better margins. I would not want to sell at those prices...Maybe I am wrong.
I purchase from AV*D at distributor pricing.. Am I missing something?

I do agree and I have posted my complant on URC dealer forum "MAP price". If any dealers have any comments please post on URC forum.

Want most people don't see is that the shrinking profits on almost all electronics is making more " trunk slammers" that don't do this stuff everday look more and more of a option. Where I was able to have some of my labor in the product but now it is all labor charges. That means that in the past few years the labor prices have realy went up. The higher the "labor prices" the harder time people have in understanding the real cost to send a truck and a tech to there house. I am not having a hard time with the amount of work I am doing but I have noticed that I have to explain why it cost that much. I really think it is funny when people say " I don't make that much money so how can you?" They have no idea what the truck cost to run, insurance, workmans comp, inventory cost, admin cost, building cost etc.
