My partner and I are in the process of fixing another installers nightmare of an installation. The home owner is using the MX3000 Remote to control his home automation, and whole home audio/video. We are working with a Russound Cav 6.6 A/V System, a HP Vista Media Center PC, Destiny Controller and other misc A/V equipment. The problem we are having is how does the MX3000 interface with the destiny to tell the Vista Media Center PC what commands to perform? The other equipment does not seem to be a problem but the Vista Media Center PC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The vista media center is controlled via ir but the destiny controller have to be programmed to the ir codes. Here is a link for the controller. [Link: destinynetworks.com]
