Our original DVR remote was damaged and after trying several different universal remote brands we found that this remote worked for the most functions on our Panasonic DVR. However we cannot seem to be able to access the Sub Menu within the Direct Navigator to delete recordings (nor can we seem to delete them with any other button). As the original remote is damaged we cannot "teach" the universal remote anything and a replacement Panasonic remote is VERY expensive! Can anyone help with this problem?
