You could try all Sub Device Numbers from 160.0 to 160.255. I would only generate Functions 61, 62 and 63 by editing the Panasonic .irp File to,

Function=61..63

You may what to use the new MakeHex GUI [Link: hifi-remote.com]. But I think you are wasting your time!

If you have a RFX9600 you could use a Current Sensor.
