I installed a new Channel Master both on my tower and my parents (the one with the remote) and my parents didn't last a year and mine wouldn't work right when the tempreature dropped below freezing. Then it just quit working all together.

So I DO NOT recommend any off-shore crap like Channel Master's rotors. Unfortunately, that's where theyre all made now.

I was lucky, however, to snag a never been used 1971 Channel Master rotor, Model 9512 made in Ohio and still in the box, on ebay and I had a control unit, so I made the change myself.

I'm not sure if anyone else has had problems with these rotors from Channel Master, but if you do get a replacement and you're in the St. Catharines area--I do climb towers!
