Its actually pretty cake and Samsung does have a division dedicated to the hospitality industry. Those TVs are pretty solid and a simple phone call will get him a box of a thousand remotes if thats what he needs.
I don't understand the animosity here when the guy is just looking for some answers to help him do his job and is going about it the right way.
