What settings in the service menu are common to a hundred TVs? Wouldn't that be used to make adjustments unique to each one?
Place six or eight of them in a row, with another row behind them. Get up a little, maybe on a ladder, so a remote will hit every one of them. Go for it.
Have a helper on hand to put a piece of tape on any one of them that misses a step because you mis-aim. After setting up a couple of batches this way, you'll surely make no more misses.
