Yes you can use it, NBC is shown as virtual channel 2-1 to 2-3 but actually is transmitting on the UHF frequency channel 33. See the map on this forum, gives lots of info.
Most USA channels will be UHF, due to mobile (cellular) frequency usage demands in the future, I think eventually all TV channels will be UHF, will take time.
