Have a new home theater system; HD TV in one room which can operate on IR. In the other room next door we need to operate receiver/amp and bluray player. Have surround sound speaker system. Also have two speakers outdoors that we want to be able to use when listening to CDs. The BluRay and amp need to operate off an RF base. Fairly simple combinations, watch TV and control its functions, watch Bluray and control its functions and listen to a CD in the Bluray player either in the house or on the outside deck speakers or both. Looking at the Universal MX-450 with MRF-350 RF base. Any thoughts on this model or any other that we could actually program ourselves??? Budget is about $300-$400. It's my birthday, help me out please????
