I think you can retrieve this in good form if you highlight an area in the pdf, then copy to a blank word file.

I've done this and sometimes the info is surrounded by a box, so I have to copy and paste the info inside each box on each page into a new blank word file. But that's a way to get it out.

For that matter, once the formatting is lost in this window, you could look for the place where you want to add a space and hit return to advance the line. This site turns each tab advance into a single space, so you'll never get a nice looking table here.
