Hi, remote gurus.

I used this site a lot several years back when I was getting my first programmable remote, lots of good help here. but thisis my first post here. so back then I bought Marantz rc5200. I use it a lot and it gave me years of good service. However, I have never had to actually input a code into it, it was always learned codes.
I have now got a device which has its remote codes printed in the manual that came with it. it is here:

I have tried to input these into the rc5200 via the pc software but it did not accept the codes (the error message was smth like "wrong format"). I have tried different tabs and input windows - same thing.

So how do I actually put these codes in?
Also, there are two codes: one for single-press and one for hold. How do I input these? one, the other or both and where?
I woudl appreciate your help.
