Did you try Video 0670 on the grey remote? If it didn't respond to any buttons (it should respond to power and many others), then the IR protocol is different than the DWM-370 or DRW-500.
Video 0873 shares some signals (60.196) with 0670, but some are 49.206. So it is worthwhile to try a large number of buttons with 0873.
If you can get a response to any button, we can probably figure out or exhaustively search for the other functions.
P.S. I'm off to start programming an Atlas 1056 I just received in the mail. I'm excited as this one has backlighting. I'm hoping I get lucky and this turns out to be a learning model, though model number says it's not.
I'm really starting to like this remote. Time to start moving out all the other Comcast and OEMs in the house!
