The GE 24964 3-Device Slider Remote Control is close to what I want. I can make the Cable setting "punch through" from the TVs Volume and Mute, but not the Power. Also I don't really need three Device buttons, just one mode which will control the Cable Channel Selection and the TV Power, Volume and Mute.

Any ideas? How close can I get to a minimal remote to control a TV/Cable connection in the obvious way?
