Running on a desktop with W7 Ultimate 64bit. FWIW, I'm also running it on a laptop with W7 Enterprise 32bit.

Have you been downloading just to rermotes or the MSC-400 as well? It's the MSC-400 I'm having issues with. Remotes are fine.
