yes power supplies! most docks ive used over the last few yrs have had power supplies, and or an extra wiring harness, or its just 2 pieces. one of the things i like about yamaha is their ipod. just a sysem cable..powers off the receiver. just one simple little dock.

although i do miss the marantz in general, what a beautiful piece of machinery, its nice that they give you 3 component video ins as well
