I tried the idea about using the IR Sensor Extender that comes with the DTAs that Comcast has been sending out. So I went to the other room and removed it from the DTA I had there and plugged it into the back of the Pace RNG 110. Guess what! Works like a charm now. That would tell me that the sensor(s) on the RNG110 aren't very good. If the remote that comes with it performs no better or less that the Harmony remote but using a plug in IR Sensor does the trick...I think we have a fix here.
