Working on a system with Crestron Prodigy and the VSX-21, no matter what I do I can not get the Elite to respond to any commands, but I get feedback if I control the unit manually. I started my program from another program that has a VSX-21 in it that is working perfectly, and I have tested my serial cable and know that my pins are correct and there are no breaks in the wire.

The only thing I can come up with is that it's a bad 232 port on the receiver, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts?
