Ok ive had this RC9800i for about 2 months now and i have it doing everything i want....the only problem i am having is activating the epg. i tried entering the web address this remote tells me and it just takes me to the philips home page. i see where other people have connected and had success so if anyone knows how i can activate this please reply and let me know, thank you
