I'm trying to control the outlets on this APC switch via it's serial port:

It looks like there is a pc based program that can connect either via ethernet or serial to control. However, I'd like to use an RTI controller for some simple on and off commands. Anyone have any experience with it's serial protocol or how to control it via it's serial port??
