When loading CD`s into an Escient S500i, only one out of three was displayed on the K4 panel. When connecting a monitor directly to the Escient music server, we saw that the remaining two was correctly ripped. Setting up a Pronto TSU9600 on the same network did provide us with some useful information. The Pronto displayed all 3 albums, but they were not in the same category. The one that showed up on the K4 panel was placed under artist, and the other two under group. The question is how to get all albums to be displayed in the K4?
