i have a 20" philips tv CDV19BPH23 . have tryed many remotes. rca one for all direct big blue zenith comcast hughes. many will work volume and sound. but not the menu. the rca 5in1 brings up the menu with picture highlighted. but any attemtp using arrow buttons to navigate or select don't work. there's no menu button on tv. any advice.
