Ok I have had both the Logitech Mini dinovo and the EFO mini Wireless keyboard. The logitech is beautiful although the clamshell is made of the crapiest plastic they could find i think. I paid $90 with free shipping for the logitech and waited about 2 months becasue it was backordered. so excited right........ so then i get it and well... If I had paid $150 MSRP price I would have written a letter to logitech about making a $10 POS and selling it for that much as it was $90 I did not send the letter just returned it about 5 days later. Here is the deal. The touch pad is not accureate and not that responisve so you get a lot of stutering movements where the curssor skips accross the page. the touchpad is also very small which would be great if it didnt suck. The bluetooth was having issues with disconnecting and not waking the pc in sleep (thats more a windows problem) but it also just hangs completely and you have to remove the batteries to get it going again. Another thing is that while it looks like a Jag its built like a Suzzuki (the cars ya know the ones that are good for about 35k miles) so tons of issues not built like a $150 keyboard its built like a $40 keyboard maybe but then its still has to many glitches to be usefull IMHO. So then I see the EFO keyboard on a forum and think hmm, looks like a blackberry I love my blackberry so why not. So first impression well the thing is not near as pretty as the logitech but it actualy feels better in my hand, it is about 1/3rd the weight if i had to guess (which is almost nothing) it does not have the media keys :( (o yeah but those also did not work right on the logitech) and XBMC and HULU Desktop can use the arrow keys just fine. :) So plug it in and let it charge, plug in the wireless (RF) receiver (ok so I typically steer clear of RF anymore as I have been dissapointed with some Logitech and MS RF devices.) well this things RF is 100% they did not skimp on the transmitter or receiver becasue it works with 0 lag, 0 hangs, and I tested it to about 20 feet + a wall and it did not miss a beat. :) The touch pad is also great its giant (well the same size as a laptops) about 2.5x bigger than the logitechs it feels just like anylaptops touchpad its sensitive and allows for tapping and double tapping in addition to the left and right button. (have not been able to make it do the side scroll thing but I have not tried very hard) well I charged it once and the battery is still going strong (abot 1 month i think) it goes to sleep when not in use and wakes instantly on any keypress. In short I love it, and for the $45 I love it alot I would probably love it up to about $65 at that point they would need to provide a little better styling for me. :) IMHO. I hope that this company will come out with a more stlyish version with a few media keys but not at the cost of function adn perfomance which is perfect where it is.
