I am attempting to simulate a programmable thermostat for a customer. The house has a RTI XP8/2 RK3/5 T2CZ and 2 Aprilaire 8870 T-stats.
I want to put a button on the touch screen that will run a program that automatically sets the T-stat to 60 degrees at 10:00pm and goes to 68 degrees at 6:00am. I want the button to give a reversed state if the program is running.
There are several ways to do this, I have played with the clock driver, 8870 driver, events, and the flags. I can't seem to come up with the best way to program this.
