is that a Chinese style dish?

I have found the secret to great noodles recently... its oil and soy sauce ..cooked medium egg noodles (sharwoods are good) then drizzle a little oil , i made my own oil mixture of... olive oil but veg oil will do ..sesame oil ..garlic and ginger salt and pepper and a few chilli flakes and then a glug or two of soy sauce and bingo authentic tasting Chinese noodles.

Anything i cook in that oil instantly tastes Chinese style the aroma is fantastic
