Yes, that's something I mentioned in my review... there really isn't much of a workaround. But here's a couple of suggestions:
* Separate your main power and input macros. For example, put System On as SC1, and then use the device macros to change inputs.
* Try learning the longest "micro macro" you can manage. This might make it possible to extend your 0.4 second delay up to 1-2 seconds per key push (of course use commands that don't do anything on your system).
* I don't recall whether it's possible to include [REC]+[Play] in a macro. I suspect it isn't. However I seem to recall that some remotes (I'm not sure they were Sony) replicated a 3-second hold time that some devices required for the REC command when the button was pressed briefly, and this could be used to extend macro delay time. However, I'm thinking this was NOT for Sony remotes, but it's worth doing a forum search for.
