I like this remote very much. It looks nice and feels nice holding it in hand. It does almost everything I need to do in my 6-device system. The only thing I have most trouble with is how to program delays in a macro. I have the Aquos D64 HDTV, and the power up period for this TV is very very long. Often time, when the TV is ready to receive the Input select command, the RM-VL610 macro is already ended!!! I've tried inserting many pauses of 0.4 seconds in a 16-step macro, and also tried many different ways to cause artificial delay such as inserting control steps for devices that seem to take longer for this remote to transmit the signal...etc. I have not timed the exact interval, but I know that it would take longer than 5 seconds for the Aquos TV to power ON and be ready to receive Input select commands, and a 16-step macro execution is barely longer than 5 seconds.

Does anybody have experience with this particular problem with this remote? how did you solve it?
