The only issue is that in Australia Harmony is the only brand is C-Tick approved.

It would be suicide for a installer to sell a non c-tick product into a customer’s house in Australia.
I.E. The customers insurance would be COMPLETELY null and void with a product that should be c-tick were not c-ticked.

That is why I want to make it work.

After some more testing I think the Nevo database codes should work and it is just an issue on this particular job.
