If I want to communicate to both of these processors do I need two antennas or just one? Processors are located in two different rooms with a T2-C for each processor. If I have one antenna and a button is pressed on both remotes at the same time( not a macro because I know that the RP-6 can only handle one at a time) will this be an issue.

TIA

I would use 2 antennas for this. You COULD have an issue if someone is holding a button on one remote and another person is trying using the other remote. Always use 1 antenna for each processor when they're in separate rooms then wire the two processors together.
