Have about 25 2Tc in my stock room, mostly "white screen" with many of these the problem stared out as a once a month issue and slowly became a once a day issue , the importer told me to not even bother sending them in if they are over 1 year old!!!!

Units over a year old with the white screen or lines in the screen are usually extended warranty items. I would not eat them. Or, I would not eat them and continue to sell the product. Standing behind them is a key for most of us supporting RTI.
