On topic then, I had to send back a T2cs because there was a burning smell coming from the remote. Since I have only sold 2 t2c's and have a 50% failure rate I am worried about this product too..
Seems to me that there has been major issues with all their color remotes. I have had almost no problems with in walls, the T1, and dozens upon dozens of T2+'s. And their processors have been rock solid.
