The RFTX-1 is something you put on an emitter port on a MRZ-260 (for the zigbee remotes) that then sends out an RF signal to the lights. When I went to the training for CCP I asked and was told it modulates the zigbee 2.4ghz lighting commands to 418mhz or 433mhz.
