I hear you guys and have to admit that a working RTI system does not go wrong but the issues for us here in the UK is that RTI sells for double what the pronto solutions do. Its a bit difficult when selling a whole house in-wall audio system to a customer and not being able to get any metadata feedback on the remotes using the RTI whereas pronto stuff (which we dont do) is capable of doing this now..
Just want a working solution, NOW, damnit =)
Pretty Please RTI workers, if you are reading this, work on the media server control side of things as this is what makes the customers spend the money. Rant over.
