In standalone you will have to put the flags on the T2c.
You don't need flags for AVRs but probably for TVs. AVRs usually wake up after only 2-3 seconds and some will power on with an input command. Don't use flags if you don't have to.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
