Yeah I don't mean to continue ranting or beat a dead horse, but...

The first C3 that was sold to one of my customers was just a walk in who wanted a master remote salesman sold him a C3. I go to the guys house sit there shooting the breeze with him for 2 hours waiting for the online software to update for each step of programming you want to do. He had a Samsung 1080 panel so in talking to him about replacing his Samsung receiver/dvd combo with a bluray player and an actual receiver.

Guy stops in yesterday and asks for me. I let him listen to one of our smaller displays and he says he wants not only the new pioneer receiver and bluray but also wants the monitor audio speaker package I demoed the bluray on. Guy pays for the system up front says he will be at work today but will leave his garage unlocked and told me to just go in through the garage and set everything up.

So now I go to update the remote programming so I won't be at his house on an air card for 2 hours setting up the remote and low and behold he didn't activate the account email so I am going to have to bother him at work about responding to an email (not going to happen), wait and spend a ton of extra time at his house updating the remote, or just use my personal email and start from scratch.

One thing I have learned in this industry. It is easier to pull a wire than it is to push one.
