Count me in for the petition please ! I phoned the official Philips Pronto helpdesk in the Netherlands several times about this problem, starting on september 5th this year. Every time I phoned them they promised me to give me an answer to this as soon as possible. I'm still waiting for them to give me a phonecall.I can probably wait forever.
