the fact that i waited this long for a new product ,
and i was told i can use it as my low end remote on our projects was just wrong.

you cant use two of these in the same home.

they should not have the nevo name on it.
bottom line.

it says on the package by custom installers only.

total bs. its in best buy under another name,
and no CI would ever touch a remote that you cant use twice in one home.
what happens when the client says i like it, lets get another one for my living room.

we gotta get you a different brand remote or a Q50 for $800.

im talking about RF remotes only ofcourse,
as i dont really care for IR kits . . .

im just insulted that they are branded as nevo
and they expect us to sell and install them.

it shows very little respect for installers when they pull something like that.
