I received my Pronto yesterday (28th/June) serial number PL 02 0009 012393 from LetsAutomate.
The display is so bad as to make the unit unusable.
It is going back.
What is it with Philips? I tried a RU880 recently only to find it would not control my Pioneer DCD/LD player.
Anyone any suggestins for a good remote? Coloured text buttons would be useful
