So at this point what are your opinions - is this a Pace issue (the discrete they added for CC on/off wasn't complete - or they only added "off" but not "on" and it's not a toggle - I'm suspecting it's not a toggle - but should be a separate on and off command) - or is it an Armstrong issue (they screwed up the firmware update)?

I'm trying to direct Linden from Pace Tech over to this thread and I'll forward this link my friend at Armstrong as well.
